Fix: .txz war gzip statt xz (tar czf → tar cf | xz -9)

macOS bsdtar cJf erzeugt gzip, nicht xz. Unraids upgradepkg
erwartet echtes xz. Fix: tar cf - | xz -9 -c.

Größe: 24MB (statt 35MB gzip)
